Marked by exploration, creation and dissemination in times of crisis, following the course of things, Manuel pour un Nouveau Voisinage brings together 18 artists and projects itself into the present as deconfinement progresses.friendly and remote encounters, discussions, sound and visual installations, printed traces, micro-concerts and performances are on the calendar for this week that celebrates a certain return to (a)normality.
